On Monday, our team had a half-day retreat. We LOVE any time that we have together but especially retreat days. Every time we come together, we have a renewed sense of our collective calling. This week, we decided to build momentum, focus on our mission, encourage each other and add in a lot of buffoonery! We started the day with a scavenger hunt to a few church clients. As you can see, we had a lot of fun ... 

The goal of the scavenger hunt was to, of course, have fun, but also to remind our team of all the amazing collaborations we've been blessed to have over the last 13 years. We've gotten to see churches grow, change and catch more, and we are grateful.

Here's the biggest takeaway from our time together: We cannot be led by fear. We have to continue to have faith in our mission and our calling.
