Join us at The Table February 8 where we're talking strategy, teamwork and technology. Plus, network and learn from other church communications professionals.

While serving in communications in a church or ministry is meaningful and purpose-driven, we know that it's also demanding. It's fast. It's slow. It's big strategy. It's small details. It's predictable. It's chaotic. There are mundane tasks. There are huge challenges. This is life in church communications. But the best part is you are not alone!

The Table offers roundtable sessions where you can meet other communications professionals from churches and faith-based organizations. Share your stresses, ask questions, learn, contribute ideas and make connections!

Registration is now open for The Table! Join us Wednesday, February 8 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. EDT at East 91st Street Christian Church! We'll also livestream this event, so follow us on Facebook, and we'll send out the details on how to participate.

Together, we’ll laugh, eat, pray and solve problems as we focus on helping you grow. Small group discussions will center on topics that are close to your heart:

  • Purpose: We love being strategic!
It’s challenging to set aside daily tasks and focus on the big picture of your ministry. We’ll help you focus on where you’re trying to go and how to get there.

  • People: We love teamwork!
No team is perfect, so how can yours grow? We’ll share ideas on effective teambuilding, staffing and development as well as how to face those tough team issues you’re tempted to avoid.

  • Projects: We love technology!
How effective are your online tools? We’ll focus on assessing/improving your online presence. We’ll talk websites, social media, blogs, analytics and new trends.

Bring your lunch, ideas, questions, challenges and current communications plan. You can also submit questions in advance here.
