We can't wait to chat with each of you at the NACC in California next week. Come by to ask us all your church communications questions!

We started going to the North American Christian Convention (NACC) about 10 years ago. It's a great place to connect with church leaders, make new friends and see friends and clients. Our work is all done in relationship - and the NACC is all about relationships!

I love to meet new people, and I love to be of help and encouragement. The conversations we get to have with pastors and other church leaders (and often their spouses) are great opportunities to help them think through new solutions to their current communications or leadership issues. And I hope they walk away from those conversations feeling encouraged too.

What are we offering in our booth? Well, the first thing is ME! Much of what we offer in any conference, whether we're speaking, leading a workshop or simply hanging out in the booth, is the opportunity for church leaders to chat with our team members one-on-one as they seek solutions to their communications challenges. God has given me the opportunity to learn in so many church settings, so hopefully, I can help church leaders find a way to break through their current situation with some new thinking. That's our goal always - to come alongside church leaders and help them improve the way they fish by helping them improve the way they communicate.

We're also doing a raffle and giving one church the TeamSpeak course from Fishhook University absolutely FREE! We'll also be giving the Guest Connections session from Fishhook University to one church every day for FREE! All you have to do is stop by our booth and enter to win. Everyone who enters will get a discount for Fishhook University.

In my previous corporate agency world, there was always a ton of pressure to come back from any conference with a bunch of leads for new work. At Fishhook, while we sure hope God might connect the dots between someone we'd meet and the opportunity to engage the Fishhook team in meaningful work, attending the NACC and other events is really a step of obedience. Our calling is to help church leaders - sometimes that means proposals and paid projects, while other times it may just look like a 15 minute conversation in a convention center exhibit hall. We trust God to bring us the people. He wants us to help, whatever it looks like.
