At Fishhook, we believe that facts are friends. We help churches get to the facts by assessing the experience they offer for guests. We call this assessment Secret Worship: a structured evaluation of the primary parts of a newcomer's experience as observed by a first-time guest or from the perspective of a first-time guest.
To help give a fresh perspective, we partnered with college students and sent them undercover to visit a church of their choice as first-time guests.
