Hap Leman says that people just don't believe the Bible when it comes to giving. Listen to him tell you how you can help your church develop a culture of generosity.

Join us from the road as we talk with Senior Pastor Happy (Hap) Leman from The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois in our mobile podcast studio (a.k.a Evan's RV)!

On this episode, we talk with Hap about how he works to develop a culture of generosity at church. Isn't that the million dollar question? (No pun intended.) Hap has an M.B.A. in finance and truly understands the world's financial system. In fact, he started his career in business and didn't really give much to the church. But Hap says his whole life changed after he and his wife started tithing in 1977.

Hap says the biggest problem he sees is that people just don't believe the Bible when it comes to giving. In Hap's opinion, giving is the the biggest sign of the quality of your spiritual life.

Have you ever heard someone in your congregation say, "Well, giving might work for you, but not for me!" or "I don't have enough to give!"?

Listen to this episode of Communicate Church to hear Hap share how you can combat these questions and more and help create a culture of generosity.
