The Table - Engaging people to next steps

As communicators, we have unique jobs that require us to help lead people through the next steps of their faith, but are we doing that effectively? At our next roundtable discussion, we'll talk through and answer these questions and more: 

1. Is it important to keep track of people on their next steps? 
2. How are you telling the stories of next steps?
3. How does (or should) your church approach and nurture someone who may be "stuck"?
