I started to write a narrative to share how wonderful I think bullet points are in ministry communication, but I thought that would be incongruent and hypocritical.
When it comes to basic event promotion I love bullets.
Look at the two email examples below for the same event – in 2008 and then again in 2010. One is narrative and the other bullets.
Bullets make the piece:
Maybe my brain is wired differently, or I'm just plain impatient. I'm not saying I'm right, but bullets really work for me.
