St. Luke's United Methodist Church
Messaging We’re boldly committing to becoming Anti-Racist.
Goals/Mission for work:
To live out their church's mission, St. Luke's has boldly committed to becoming an Anti-Racist church to encourage learning, to impact their community and bring about change. While engaged in these significant issues, St. Luke’s is aiming to connect in deeper ways with their congregation and with more and new people throughout their community.
The St. Luke’s congregation and more and new people and families in their community.
- We’re boldly committing to becoming Anti-Racist. We want to be brave to grow as people, be bold to impact the community and bring about change.
- We're asking the people of Indianapolis to join us. Will you? Learn more about this Anti-Racist movement at AntiRacistIndy.com.
- At AntiRacistIndy.com, you can find resources, learn about events, download a free Anti-Racist social media kit and find other Anti-Racist items for purchase (including t-shirts, yard signs and stickers) to voice your support.
- We also have a great opportunity to learn more and take action. St. Luke’s is hosting a training, “Becoming an Anti-Racist Church,” on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. It will be offered completely online (through Zoom) and is free and open to all in the community.
