Happy Thanksgiving friends! 2015 has been a great year and we have a lot to be thankful for! Here are some of our top moments from this year: (Thanks Instagram!) 

We had some amazing times this year and we are so grateful for each of them! Along with these, however, we also had some challenging times. In a period of just six months we went from our worst month ever (measured on the balance sheet and P&L statement) to a record-setting level, we could not have envisioned. We came to realize that with the increase in harvest came a burden we could not overcome … without change. It was time for fresh obedience, so we started towards new roles, new leaders, new structure, and a new level of candid conversations. Through this journey, we've felt God's guidance and we've grown stronger and happier as a team. And we are grateful. 

So cheers to turkey and stuffing, to time with family and friends, and to a restful and wonderful Thanksgiving!
