Here at Fishhook, our mission is to help the local church improve the way they fish by improving the way they communicate. Often that starts with a cup of coffee and a simple conversation: What are your struggles? Where do you feel like you're winning? How do you feel your communications efforts are helping or hindering you from connecting with your congregation and your community? 

One of my favorite things I get to do in my job is sit down with church leaders - senior pastors, executive pastors, ministry leaders, communications directors and more. I love hearing their heart for their ministry and having them share with me some of the challenges they're facing.

With my experience in organizational leadership, communications and creative development, I am often able to look at their situation from a fresh perspective and help them see some new ways to tackle those challenges. It may or may not involve a collaboration with Fishhook, but I always find it exciting to help someone look at their struggle from a new point of view. 

It's my goal (and passion) to talk with as many church leaders as possible to hear your stories and challenges and to help you think through possible solutions.
