Our team took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to assess who we are and pinpoint our individual superpowers! We love this artistic depiction of our types because it shows three things:
- Each team member is a unique individual.
- Because everyone is unique, each team member is crucial to the success of Fishhook because of the viewpoint and personality they bring.
- It’s important to understand your team’s dynamic so everyone can work together most effectively, otherwise, your team chemistry might feel like a confusing mess.
