After a few years of major changes (significant growth, site relocation, vision shift and communication overhauls), Pastor Ted Max and his staff realized the language Vale was using with their visitors was past focused instead of future focused. They were not creating an atmosphere of consistency that let the congregation know this was a stable place for them and their children to grow in their faith and connect to their community.
They decided they needed to shift their focus.
