Sometimes, as a coordinator of events, your job is to predict the future. How many people will show up? Will they show up early or late? Will they bring their kids? Will it rain? Will it be too hot, too windy, too buggy? On average will each guest take one slice of cake or two, three or four cookies? How many gallons of lemonade will 200 people drink?
