A case study of the ins and outs of our guest assessment with a local church, including questions we asked during the assessment.

If you've been around Fishhook for any length of time, you know how important the guest experience is to us.

Part of our Communications Assessment work is to secret worship at a church and assess the experience. We've put together countless blog posts, downloadable resources and videos about assessing and improving your guest experience. And we regularly talk with and coach our clients around the guest experience. It's a big deal to us ... and, more importantly, to your guests! That's why when we see a church doing it well or seeking ways to improve in this area, we celebrate!

Recently, one of our church clients asked us to assess their guest experience. We love this work, and we especially loved this project because we assessed the guest experience for this church about four years ago. They've made many improvements since that time, but because they're an intentional church who always wants to improve, they wanted us to assess it again and see how they could continue to grow. Love it!

Here's a case study of the ins and outs of that project, everything from their goals and what the project entailed to the kinds of questions we asked in rating their guest experience and what's next for the church.
