What It's All About Part 2: The TeamSpeak Course

Ready to get everyone on the same page? 

TeamSpeak is a six-lesson video and activity based series designed to help all church staff members and leaders grow their communications skills and strategies. The course will help your team find a common approach and language when it comes to communicating in today's culture.

The first two sessions focus on communications principles and their link to your organization and its messaging. The next three sessions focus on skill building in the areas of content development, online presence and design basics. The course wraps up with a team training session on assessing and improving your guest experience.

To help customize your course, an FHU instructor will personally coach your onsite facilitator to effectively guide your team through the series. 

What this means: 

Term One: The TeamSpeak Course has been designed to train your entire staff in six major communications areas. These sessions have been developed by Fishhook team members who have worked with countless churches to establish best practices among these communications disciplines. Meaning, the tips and tools incorporated into this course have been tested and proven to be successful.

However, because we understand that each church staff and each demographic you serve is unique, we will be personally coaching a member of your staff to serve as your onsite facilitator in order to better apply the specific communications processes that will work best for your church.
