We honor Jenna from The Village Church as an Honorary Fishhooker!

At Fishhook, we love celebrating people who are doing faithful, often behind-the-scenes work to help the Church communicate with clarity and care. And this month, we are thrilled to name Jenna Lusk from The Village Church in Flower Mound, Texas as our newest Honorary Fishhooker of the Every Other Month.

What is Jenna’s connection with Fishhook?

Jenna is the Creative Director at The Village Church! We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with her and her team for about a year now. We’ve loved supporting them with event branding, sermon series and other design projects!

Which of Fishhook’s core values does Jenna most reflect?

Jenna brings a humble and hungry heart to her work and our relationship. She is holding SO many things. But she does it with a calmness that is unmatched.

If you were describing Jenna to someone who has never met her, what would you say?

Jenna’s heart is clearly for people. She wants everything that comes out of TVC to be impactful and help them take a next step in their faith and at TVC. She is equal parts calm, creative and go-getter.

Jenna manages a ton of projects all while helping lead her team and the creative direction of their communications. She has an amazing eye and always works to connect TVC’s communication to their mission.

If someone had half an hour to spend with Jenna, what would you recommend they pick her brain about?

Ask her how she stays fresh creatively and all in! She just celebrated her 15th anniversary at TVC. That’s 15 years of staying connected to the mission, dedicated to her role and her team and leading well through many versions of the church. That is definitely worth picking her brain about!

What has Jenna’s impact been on the Church at large?

So many churches look to The Village for inspiration and encouragement. And many times what they are reading, seeing or experiencing has gone through the brain, eyes and heart of Jenna.

Jenna and her team are so generous with their knowledge and resources – always looking to equip other churches for the Kingdom.
