Here is a sampling of the awesome work we were privileged to be a part of in 2016.

Sometimes life seems hard. And in the day-to-day grind, we can forget to pick up our heads and celebrate all that God is doing. At Fishhook, one of our values is Ta-da! which essentially means celebrating the remarkable. We know it is necessary and healthy to celebrate before moving onto the next thing. It keeps our clients and our team energized and passionate about the work that we are privileged to do every day. You cultivate what you celebrate.

After each project that Fishhook completes, we try to stop and recognize the hard work that went into the final product. I like to make my Fishhook teammates a little red in the face when I recognize their skilz (another Fishhook value).

And as always, anytime the calendar flips into another year, I like to look back at the previous and celebrate the accomplishments.

Here is a sampling of the awesome work we were privileged to be a part of in 2016:

Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka
Eureka, IL

Most of our clients are churches, so we were thrilled to develop a new brand/identity for a Christian nursing home who truly lives out their mission of loving care every single day.

Eagle Church
Whitestown, IN

After a communications assessment and visioning work, our goal was to help Eagle more clearly communicate their story to the community through branding and website development.

Eastern Star Church

It was a joy to rebrand their significant outreach ministry, Care, which offers emergency assistance, a food and clothing pantry, counseling and more for church members and the community.

First Pres Maumee

Fishhook worked with this nearly 200-year-old church through Fishhook University and created a new logo, tagline, website and Visual Identity Guide that will propel them into greater momentum for the next century!

We created an interactive touch-screen kiosk at each of their welcome desks that allows visitors to see what’s happening at the church and register for events.

Fishhook University
Indianapolis, IN

With the launch of Fishhook University, we helped church leaders start fresh conversations about communications and trained them how to keep making progress.

Here are a few video projects we completed in 2016:

Orchard Park’s History
This video was created to help Orchard Park give thanks for God's faithfulness and to cast vision for the change and opportunity that is ahead for their ministry.

St. Luke’s Robertson Chapel
This video helped St. Luke's celebrate a sacred space at their church and supported the church's leadership as they asked the congregation to fund much-needed updates for expanded ministry.

We love looking back and seeing how God is using all these communications projects for good. Through each and every project at Fishhook, our prayer is that it will lead people closer to Christ.

If you haven't yet celebrated your church's 2016 accomplishments, we encourage you to pause, reflect and share your “Ta-das!”
