Sometimes, communicating to Millennials can feel like speaking a foreign language. We can help! What do you want to know about Millennials?

Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine…

To blog or not?

What are Millennials looking for?

We don’t need an app, right? What’s a responsive website?

We just re-did our website 5 years ago...why would we do it again?

How are we suppose to keep up with new technology? Kids these days just don’t know how to communicate.

We tried Facebook once, we didn’t get any likes.

We’ll just hand out a piece of paper, instead.

Any of these things sound familiar to you?

As a 24-year-old, I love sitting in meetings with our friends and clients and hearing them ask about the best ways to communicate to Millennials. It shows they truly care about reaching a generation that is often looked at as, well, difficult.

But many times, behind those positive questions, there is tension. Tension from the pastor who may not feel comfortable using new technology. Tension that expanding to new communication mediums will alter the dynamic of the church. And sometimes, just a tension built-up from the fear of the unknown.

So what’s the tension for your church?

This is an exciting time for churches! You have an opportunity to adapt to new ways of communicating and reach the generation that will soon be leading your church!
