If you were describing Brooke to someone who has never met her, what would you say?
Brooke looks at something that seems to be impossible, or an absolute mess and says to herself, and then outloud, "Hey! I can make that better. Let's figure this out." I'm amazed at her can-do attitude, perseverance and ability to be graceful under pressure.

If someone had half an hour to spend with Brooke, what would you recommend they pick her brain about?
Ask her about how/why her husband are adopting and the incredible ways God has met their needs during this process.

What has her impact been on the Church at large?
Brooke made something out of nothing. Where no staff, structure or resources existed, she planned and prayed and then God provided. She's always educating herself and searching for the best next step to grow her team and her church.

Anything else you'd like to say?
I love that Brooke is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). I always know where she stands, simply based on her body language or tone. She speaks her mind and I love it!
